Membership of EMK Center will allow you to avail following facilities
- Access to the Center from every Saturday to Thursday (9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.). Except on Fridays, national holidays, and other national emergencies
- Discounts are available on both in person and online EMK Center’s – events, workshops, sessions, youth development training, performances, EMK Music School and more
- Free internet access
- All programs, courses, sessions, and events are accessible to people with disabilities
- Access to all the American Spaces (American Center, EMK Center, Chattogram Corner, Khulna Corner, Rajshahi Corner, Sylhet Corner).
EducationUSA facilities
- Access to the entire EducationUSA Library’s collection (University search book, catalogue, essay writing books, and all other necessary books and materials to get prepared)
- Mock/practice tests for admissions to U.S. Universities
- Individual counseling with our EducationUSA Adviser
MakerLab facilities
- 3D Printer: Members are allowed to create their projects and product prototypes with 3D printer.
- Robotics: All necessary robotic and electronic assistance will be given
- Wacom/ Digital Art: Members are allowed to use Wacom and similar devices for their digital and creative art project.
- Workshop Space: Members can participate and can use the makerlab space to arrange workshops
Hollywood Studio
- Members have access to an ideal audio-video studio for recording, mixing, and mastering, as well as video and sound editing facilities
- There are hi-tech modernistic features such as a VR studio, game development, and video recording facilities
Membership Form:
To become a member of our center, please fill out the online membership form.
Age Requirement:
Patrons must be at least 16 years old to be eligible for membership.
Required Documents:
To complete your membership registration, you will need to provide a clear photocopy of one of the following:
> National ID
> Valid Passport
> Birth Certificate
If you do not have a National ID or a passport, you must bring your Birth Certificate along with your SSC/equivalent mark sheet or registration form, which must include your birth date.
Photo Requirements:
You will need to provide 01 copy of the latest color passport size photo meeting the following requirements:
1. White background studio print passport size photo
2. In membership photos, eyeglasses are not allowed, and ears must be visible
3. Photos must be taken in clothes that you wear on a regular basis. For the membership procedure, no photos in uniform will be allowed.
Day and Time Availability:
To avail the membership, you can visit the EMK Center any day from Saturday to Thursday from 09:30 a.m. to 07:45 p.m. (except on Fridays and other national holidays). Once you become a member, you will have full access to the center from Saturday to Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (except on Fridays and other national holidays).
Membership Fee:
- The membership fee is BDT 1000 only for two years.
- The membership fee is BDT 500 (2 years) for the USG Alumni, American Spaces Host Institutions students and employees, U.S. Embassy Staff and their family members.
Payment Details:
The membership fee can be paid by bKash.

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment, all members have to follow the following regulations
1. Avoid using bad language, being abusive, or acting in an inappropriate manner
2. Any member who will become physically or verbally abusive to other members or employees, or who disregards established rules and regulations, may have their membership rights suspended or cancelled by the EMK Center
3. There will be no alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises
4. Food and drink are only permitted in the Ted Cafe Area
For old members renewing their membership:
1. Open the bKash app and log in.
2. Select "Make Payment" and enter the bKash merchant account number: 017 7774 2140.
3. In the reference section, write your EMK membership ID number accurately.
4. Enter the amount for your membership renewal payment.
5. Confirm the payment and keep the payment confirmation message.
