Workshop on Anxiety Management
One can manage anxiety by identifying the reasons behind the stressors in our daily lives, such as Phobia, OCD, and social anxiety. To address the ways to detect the types and sources of those anxiety issues, EMK Center organized this workshop, which further showcased the techniques to manage anxiety effectively. The workshop was facilitated by Jhilick Hazra, Psychosocial Counselor at Moner Bondhu.
