The Emerging Leaders Graduate Program (ELGP) is an intensive leadership development initiative aimed at empowering fresh graduates and early-career professionals in the development sector. Through a dynamic blend of hands-on experience and guided mentorship, the program equips participants with the critical skills and knowledge needed to launch and thrive in their careers.

Winners of the ELGP are granted a unique opportunity: a six-month job placement at the EMK Center, a hub for innovation and community development. During this placement, participants are immersed in real-world projects, allowing them to contribute to impactful initiatives that benefit the community. They gain invaluable experience in areas like project management, community engagement, and strategic planning, fostering a robust foundation for their professional growth.
