1. Users must refrain from engaging in any behaviour that is considered immoral, unethical, or illegal.
2. Users acknowledge that the Hollywood Studio and its surroundings are utilized by a community of students, researchers, and artists. Therefore, courteous, professional, and responsible behaviour is expected at all times.
3. EMK Center Employees and guests must be treated with respect by all users.
4. The EMK Center is both a public and a working space; therefore, users are expected to behave accordingly. Disruptive levels of noise and any other disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
5. The Hollywood Studio is designated for specific purposes, such as recording music, podcasts, voiceovers, or other audio projects. Users may be required to specify the purpose of their recording when reserving the room.
6. Users need to adhere to guidelines regarding the use and care of equipment in the Hollywood Studio. This could include instructions on how to properly set up and operate recording equipment, as well as guidelines for handling microphones, headphones, and other accessories.
7. Users are required to carry their own SD card or storage devices for data or taking project work with them.
8. Users are required to maintain a quiet environment in and around the Hollywood Studio to avoid disruptions to recordings. This includes restrictions on loud talking, music, or other noise-producing activities in the vicinity of the room.
9. Accidents, near-misses, and safety violations should be reported promptly and investigated thoroughly according to the established protocols.
10. Users may be required to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others using the sound recorder room, particularly if sensitive or confidential information is being recorded.
11. The safety and security of personal belongings and other materials brought into the Hollywood Studio remain the responsibility of the individuals concerned. The EMK Center cannot be held responsible for any missing items.
12. Users must follow safety guidelines, such as not tampering with electrical equipment, avoiding tripping hazards, and reporting any safety concerns to Employees.
13. Consumption of food or beverages is not permitted within the workspace of the Hollywood Studio.
14. Smoking and the consumption of any illegal substances or items banned by the Bangladesh Government are strictly forbidden at the EMK.

16. The EMK Center reserves the right to cancel or change any booking within 48 hours of prior notice.
