1. Smoking and consumption of any illegal substances or elements banned by the Bangladesh Government are strictly forbidden at the EMK.
2. Visitors are not permitted to touch any kind of painting or pictures displayed at the EMK.
3. Exhibitors may need to register for the exhibition and pay the required fees. This is often done well in advance of the event.
4. Specific times are usually allocated for the set-up and breakdown of exhibits.
5. Exhibitors must provide all the digital banners at least 48 hours of prior notice.
6. Exhibitors are expected to conduct themselves professionally during the event. This includes being respectful to other exhibitors, event Employees, and visitors.
7. Exhibitors are expected to be present at their exhibit space during designated hours.
8. After the conclusion of the exhibition, the EMK Center will reserve the paintings or artwork for at least 5 working days within the EMK premises
9. The EMK Center reserves the right to cancel or change any booking within 48 hours of prior notice.
