1. A maximum occupancy limit for the room will be established to ensure safety and compliance with fire codes.
2. EMK Center Employees and guests must be treated with respect by all users.
3. If users require assistance with their presentation in addition to sound-related needs, EMK personnel will provide support. EMK management discourages users from attempting to handle such tasks independently.
4. The EMK Center is both a public and a working space; therefore, users are expected to behave accordingly. Disruptive levels of noise and any other disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
5. The safety and security of personal belongings and other materials brought into the Dialogue Room remain the responsibility of the individuals concerned. The EMK Center cannot be held responsible for any missing items.
6. Consumption of food or beverages is not permitted within the workspace of the Dialogue Room.
7. Smoking and the consumption of any illegal substances or items banned by the Bangladesh Government are strictly forbidden within the Dialogue Room.
8. The EMK Center reserves the right to cancel or change any booking within 48 hours of prior notice.
9. Reservation slots for the Dialogue Room should have a specific duration, and users are expected to promptly vacate the room at the end of their reserved time.
