The EMK Center presents the third edition of Emerging Leaders Graduate Program, ELGP 2025. The top 4 candidates will secure a 6-month job placement at the EMK Center with a competitive salary of up to BDT 35,000 per month.

Selection Process
The selection process will take place in two stages.
Stage 1: Complete the Application Form with the required details and documents. You’ll also answer analytical questions and submit a 90-120 second video presentation.
Stage 2: If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to a 3-day in-person challenge. You’ll work both individually and in teams on tasks and case studies, presenting solutions to judging panels who will evaluate your leadership, creativity, analytical skills, public speaking, budgeting, networking, and non-profit programming abilities.
The Emerging Leaders will be joining on 1st February, 2025.

Responsibilities
As an Emerging Leader, you’ll work closely with EMK’s Program and Communication Department to drive the success of center-based events and programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Program concept development, design, and implementation
- Partnership development and stakeholder management
- Reporting and documentation
- Supporting the program team with planning and administration
- Working with different partners to design and implement programs
- Assisting in event preparations, communicating with external partners, and handling scheduling

Note: Individuals who have previously been selected in the top 20 of any Emerging Leaders Graduate Program are not eligible to apply.
